At TruContainers, we ensure transparent and reliable delivery for your shipping containers and cabins. Below are the key details:


1. Processing & Shipping Time

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: 5–7 business days (contiguous U.S. only).
  • Delays may occur due to customization, weather, or freight carrier availability.

2. Flat-Rate Shipping Fee

  • $350 Flat Fee: Applies to all standard containers and cabins (up to 40ft).
  • Oversized/Remote Orders: Additional fees apply for:
    • Alaska, Hawaii, or non-contiguous U.S. regions.
    • Customized units requiring specialized transport.

3. Delivery Process

  • Freight Carrier: Items ship via insured, heavy-duty carriers (e.g., FedEx Freight, UPS Freight).
  • Curbside Delivery: Drivers will place items at the nearest accessible location (e.g., driveway, parking lot).
  • Customer Responsibilities:
    • Provide a clear, flat drop-off area (no narrow roads/low bridges).
    • Schedule delivery in advance with the carrier (via email/phone).

4. Delivery Delays

  • Weather/Mechanical Issues: We’ll notify you immediately and reschedule at no cost.
  • Address Errors: A $150 re-routing fee applies for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Inspection & Damage Claims

  • Inspect Immediately: Check for damage before the driver leaves.
  • Report Damage: Email photos and a description to info@truecontainers.com within 48 hours.
  • No Claims Accepted: For issues reported after 48 hours or without photographic proof.
