  • Custom Orders:
    • 30% non-refundable deposit to begin production.
    • Remaining balance due 7 days before shipping.

3. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds: Issued only for defects covered under our 30-Day Structural Guarantee.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Invoices: Sent via email within 24 hours of payment.
  • Receipts: Automatically generated and downloadable from your account portal.

5. Failed Payments

6. Fraud Prevention
